Schengen visas allow people to stay in the Schengen area for up to 90 days every six-month period.

The Norwegian Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, is responsible for processing Schengen visa applications from Malawi as Norway is representing several countries in the Schengen area including Germany.

This means that the Norwegian Embassy in Pretoria is authorized to issue short stay Schengen visas on behalf of Germany. Please find details here.

Business hours of VFS Global: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.00am to 3.30pm

Application submission time: Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm

Passport collection time: Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm

In your request, please mention your full name, d.o.b. and passport number. If already applied, please also submit your ApN-reference number.
